We strive to provide a reliable and efficient service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

4. Orders, Shipping, and Delivery

  • You are responsible for ensuring all order and shipping information is correct and complete.

  • Shipping times vary by destination, product availability, carrier, and customs procedures. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, missing contact information, or customer refusal, you may be responsible for the associated costs.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Once verified, DShip will process refunds within 7–14 business days using the same payment method or issue store credit where applicable.

If a return is approved, the customer or merchant may be required to cover the return shipping cost unless the issue was caused by DShip or the supplier.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:

  • Breach these Terms

  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

  • Fail to pay fees when due

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

Upon termination, you must stop using the Service, and we may delete your account and associated data.

  • We make no guarantee regarding delivery times, product availability, or third-party logistics performance.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to DShip during the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold DShip, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
