Once verified, DShip will process refunds within 7–14 business days using the same payment method or issue store credit where applicable.

If a return is approved, the customer or merchant may be required to cover the return shipping cost unless the issue was caused by DShip or the supplier.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Service, and we may delete your account and associated data.

We make no guarantee regarding delivery times, product availability, or third-party logistics performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DShip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to DShip during the 12 months preceding the claim.
